Each track includes six workout sessions per week, each with a different mix of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, strength and accessory work including notes, intentions and modification options

Balanced Track
For athletes looking to increase speed, power, endurance and strength proportionately. Athletes with a background in both strength and endurance-focused conditioning - CrossFit, rugby, soccer, lacrosse, water polo, etc. If you’ve competed in a HYROX previously, you likely were not stopped in your tracks by any of the movements or by your ability to continue running but would like to improve your capacity in all of these domains.
Power Track
For athletes looking to prioritize their power output and top-end strength. Athletes with a background in longer endurance sports without much strength or max effort training - distance runners, cyclists, etc. If you’ve competed in HYROX previously, you likely experienced some difficulty with the sleds or other weighted movements and felt like these impacted your ability to run at your goal pace.
Endurance Track
For athletes looking to prioritize their aerobic capacity and endurance. Athletes with a background in explosive sports without much training in long time domain settings - sprinters, weightlifters, football, etc. If you’ve competed in HYROX previously, you likely felt good on the sleds and lunges, but experienced difficulty with the running distance and the overall length of the event.
